Day 2 - THE MAGIC ROCK

This is a 28 - day magical journey I'm doing for the first time with you guys. Click here for details.

For this exercise, you'll need to find a rock or a stone that is small in size and fits in the palm of your hand so you can close your fingers around it. You can pick one from anywhere - your garden, a park, a riverbed, anywhere. Make sure the rock is smooth and feels good in your palm when you hold it.

"Reflect upon your present blessings of which every man has plenty; not your past misfortunes of which all men have some." - Charles Dickens (Writer)

Every night, beginning today, you will have to hold this rock in your hand when you are in bed before going to sleep, and you will have to think about that best thing you are grateful for that's happened during the course of the day. Once you've figured that out, say the words thank you. In the process of finding the one best thing that's happened to you, you will end up searching through many good things that have happened and be grateful for them too.

This exercise will have to be continued for the next 26 days.

"The Count Your Blessing and Magic Rock practices will ensure that you begin and end your days in a state of gratitude. In fact, they are so powerful that together they would change your life in a few months. Because gratitude is magnetic and attracts more things to be grateful for, the concentration of gratitude over 28 days will intensify the magnetic force of gratitude. When you have a strong magnetic force of gratitude, like magic, you automatically magnetize everything you want and need to you!"

Day 2 Exercise:
1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 of Day 1 Exercise.

2. Find a Magic Rock and put it by your bedside.

3. Before going to sleep tonight, hold your Magic Rock in your hand and think of the best thing that happened today.

4. Say the magic words thank you for the best thing that happened today. Repeat this practice every night for the next 26 days.

Go find your magic rock guys!
